摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲料中添加丁酸梭菌、凝结芽孢杆菌和酿酒酵母发酵物对妊娠母猪繁殖性能及血清生化指标的影响。选用20头妊娠86天左右的大约克妊娠母猪,分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,每组5个重复,每组胎次结构相近。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲料;Ⅱ组(丁酸梭菌组)在基础饲料中添加20g/t丁酸梭菌,Ⅲ组(凝结芽孢杆菌组)在基础饲料中添加50g/t凝结芽孢杆菌;Ⅳ组(酿酒酵母发酵物组)在基础饲料中添加5000g/t酿酒酵母发酵物。试验期为3周。试验结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组背膘差均有增大趋势,且Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组出生个体重分别降低2.01%(P>0.05)、5.37%(P>0.05),Ⅳ组提高14.09%(P>0.05);Ⅱ组出生窝重显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)Ⅱ、Ⅳ组粪便含水率分别升高1.57%(P>0.05)、2.68%(P<0.01),Ⅲ组极显著降低2.11%(P<0.01)。(4)Ⅲ、Ⅳ组粪便酸溶蛋白含量分别降低11.11%(P>0.05)、49.38%(P<0.05),Ⅱ组酸溶蛋白含量提高1.23%(P>0.05)。(5)Ⅳ组血清中尿素含量显著增加61.23%(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组尿素含量有升高趋势(P>0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清中总蛋白、葡萄糖、T3的生化指标与对照组相比均无显著性差异。由此可见,丁酸梭菌对妊娠母猪的繁殖性能和血清生化指标没有显著影响;凝结芽孢杆菌有助于母猪妊娠后期背膘增长,但其繁殖性能有降低趋势,效果不如酿酒酵母发酵物组效果好;酿酒酵母发酵物有提高仔猪出生个体重和出生窝重的趋势,显著降低粪便酸溶蛋白含量,提高消化吸收能力,并极显著增高粪便中的含水率。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Clostridium butyricum,Bacillus coagulans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae on reproductive performance,serum biochemical indexes of pregnant sows.20 pregnant sows of Yorshire were selected at about 86 days of gestation and divided into four groups.Each group had a similar parity structure and 5 replicates in each group.The sows in groupⅠ (control group)were fed a based diet.The sows in groupⅡ (Clostridium butyricum group)were fed the based diet supplemented with 20 g/t Clostridium butyricum.The sows in groupⅢ (Bacillus coagulans group)were fed the based diet supplemented with 50 g/t Bacillus coagulans group.And the sows in group Ⅳ(Saccharomyces cerevisiae group)were fed the based diet supplemented with 5000 g/t Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The trial lasted for 3 weeks.The results showed as follow:(1)compared with the control group,backfat in groupⅡ,ⅢandⅣ had increasing trend,and a significant difference was found inⅢ group(P<0.05).(2)compared with the control group,birth weight of piglets in groupⅡ andⅢ were reduced by 2.01% and 5.37%(P>0.05),respectively,and those in groupⅣwas increased by 14.09%(P>0.05).In groupⅡ,birth litter weight was reduced significantly(P<0.05).(3)compared with the control group,the fecal moisture percentage of groupⅡandⅣwere increased 1.57%(P>0.05)and 2.68%(P<0.01),in groupⅢ was significantly decreased 2.11%(P<0.01).(4)compared with control,the fecal acid soluble protein content in groupⅢandⅣ were reduced by 11.11%(P>0.05),49.38%(P<0.05),in groupⅡ,fecal acid soluble protein content was increased by 1.23%(P>0.05).(5) In group Ⅳ,urea content in serum was significantly increased by61.23%(P<0.05),in groupⅡ andⅢ had increasing trend(P>0.05).Compared with control group,in groupⅡ,ⅢandⅣ,total protein,glucose and T3 in serum were no significant difference.In conclusion,Clostridium butyricum had no significant effect on reproductive performance and serum biochemical indexes of pregnant sows.Bacillus coagul
