摘 要:评价了不同分子结构的水性UV树脂对纤维增强塑胶(ABS+30%GF、PC+40%GF)笔记本电脑外壳的附着力,以及活性单体对附着力的影响关系。采用8官能团的含磺酸基–羧基环氧改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯与2官能团活性单体制备水性UV-Monocoat银白涂料。实验结果表明,当涂膜厚度为(14±2)μm,涂膜铅笔硬度约2H;RCA耐磨测试(175 g砝码)>160次;耐无水酒精擦拭(1 kg砝码)>1000次;耐Taber CS-10磨耗>1000 r;耐高低温湿热试验96 h百格法附着力≥5B、ΔE≤1.0;耐中性盐雾试验96 h百格法附着力≥5B;24 h后重涂不影响涂层性能。The adhesion of waterborne UV resins with different molecular structures to notebook computers’fiber reinforced plastic(ABS+30%GF,PC+40%GF)shells and the influence of active monomers on adhesion were evaluated.Waterborne UVMonocoat silver-white coatings were prepared using 8-functional sulfonic-carboxyl epoxy modified polyurethane acrylate and 2-functional reactive monomer.The experiment results show that when the thickness of coatings film was(14±2)μm,the pencil hardness of coatings film was+2H;RCA abrasion resistance test(175 g weight)>160 times;anhydrous alcohol wipe(1 kg weight)>1000 times;Taber CS-10 abrasion>1000 rotations;96h cross-cut adhesion in the high and low temperature,moisture and heat resistance test≥5B,ΔE≤1.0;96 h cross-cut adhesion in the neutral salt spray resistance test≥5B;recoating after 24 h did not affect coatings properties.
