摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动用于降低小包装饮片智能发药机人工补药率的效果。方法收集医院中药房2019年11月至2020年5月的小包装饮片智能发药机人工补药记录,活动按QCC十大步骤实施并评价成效。结果开展QCC活动后,中药房小包装饮片智能发药机2周内人工补药次数由活动前的994次降至472次,超过预期目标;圈员的解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度均显著提高。结论QCC活动有效降低了小包装饮片智能发药机的人工补药率,提高了自动化调配的速度与准确率,缩短了患者的取药时间,提高了患者的服务满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity on reducing the artificial supplement rate of the intelligent dispensing machine for small-packaged cut crude drugs.Methods From November 2019 to May 2020,the records of the artificial supplements of intelligent dispensing machine for small-packaged cut crude drugs in the Chinese pharmacy of a hospital were collected.The activity was carried out according to the ten implementation steps of QCC,and the effect of QCC activity was evaluated.Results The artificial supplement times of the intelligent dispensing machine for small-packaged cut crude drugs in Chinese pharmacy within two weeks decreased from 995 times before the QCC activity to 472 times after the QCC activity,which exceeded the expected target.The circle members’problem-solving ability,sense of responsibility,communication and coordination,self-confidence,team cohesion,enthusiasm,quality control techniques and harmony degree were significantly improved.Conclusion QCC activity can effectively reduce the artificial supplement rate of the intelligent dispensing machine for small-packaged cut crude drugs,improve the speed and accuracy of automatic dispensing,shorten the time for patients to take medicine,and improve patients’satisfaction with service.
