摘　　要：目的为阿戈美拉汀在临床的合理使用提供参考,并探索其治疗除抑郁症外其他疾病的前景。方法以“阿戈美拉汀”为关键词,检索并筛选万方医学和迈特思创等数据库2010年至2020年的相关文献,分析阿戈美拉汀的药理作用、药物相互作用、药品不良反应及临床应用情况。结果目前,阿戈美拉汀在国内主要批准用于治疗抑郁症,具有抗氧化、抗炎及神经和细胞保护作用,且对甲氨蝶呤所致睾丸损伤,脂多糖诱导的心血管损伤,开颅手术所致损伤及阿奇霉素引起的肾脏毒性等均有一定的改善和保护作用,还可用于干眼症的治疗,以及吲哚美辛所致胃溃疡的预防。结论阿戈美拉汀除用于抗抑郁外,在其他多种疾病的治疗中也有广阔的应用前景,但其疗效呈剂量依赖性,且其经济性尚需进一步研究。Objective To provide a reference for the rational use of agomelatine in the clinic and to explore its prospect in the treatment of other diseases except for depression.Methods The relevant literature in Wanfang medical database and Metastrontium database from 2010 to 2020 were searched and screened with″agomelatine″as the keyword,and the pharmacological action,drug-drug interactions,adverse drug reactions and clinical application of agomelatine were analyzed.Results At present,agomelatine is mainly approved for the treatment of depression in China.It has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects.It also has certain improvement and protective effects on testicular injury caused by methotrexate,cardiovascular injury caused by lipopolysaccharide,craniotomy injury and renal toxicity caused by azithromycin.In addition,it is suitable for the treatment of dry eye and the prevention of gastric ulcer caused by indomethacin.Conclusion In addition to antidepressant,agomelatine has a broader application prospect in the treatment of other diseases,but its efficacy is dose-dependent,and its economy needs to be further studied.
