品管圈在提高急诊凝血标本实验室周转时间合格率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在提高急诊凝血标本实验室周转时间合格率中的应用效果,以提高检验服务质量。方法2018年9月-2019年5月,医院检验科成立品管圈,开展“提高急诊凝血标本实验室周转时间合格率”的主题活动,利用品管圈手法,对引起急诊标本周转时间合格率低的原因进行统计分析,同时比较改善前后标本周转时间合格率,评价本品管圈有形成果和无形成果。结果改善后实验室周转时间合格率由原来的84.66%提高到93.94%,改善前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。活动后的目标达标率为104.39%,进步率为10.96%,达到了预期目标。圈员对品管圈的认识、质量改善手法应用都有一定程度提高。结论本次品管圈活动提高了急诊凝血标本实验室周转时间合格率,提高检验检测的效率和检验的服务质量,值得推广。Objective Through the activities of the quality control circle,we will discuss the application result of quality control circle in improving the eligibility rate of turnaround time in laboratory on stat coagulation test,and improve the quality of inspection services.Methods During September 2018 to May 2019,the clinical laboratory of the hospital founded the quality control circle to carry out the theme activities of“improving the eligibility rate of turnaround time in laboratory on stat coagulation test”,in which the quality control circle method was adopted.Through the statistical analysis of low eligibility rate caused by a variety of reasons,we can examine the difference of the eligibility rates before and after the improvement,and improve evaluation of tangible and intangible achievements from the quality control circle.Results The defect rate of the improved specimen information was up from 84.66%to 93.94%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After calculation,the target rate of the activity was 104.39%and the progress rate was 10.96%,which reached the expected target.There was a certain degree of improvement in Knowledge of quality control circles and Application of quality improvement techniques.Conclusion This activity of quality control circle has improved the eligibility rate of turnaround time in laboratory on stat coagulation test,increased the efficiency of laboratory,and improved the quality of inspection services.It is worth promoting.
