主观幸福感、手机依赖与支持系统的关系研究——以内地高校少数民族大学生为研究对象

摘　　要：为了解内地高校少数民族大学生手机依赖、支持系统、主观幸福感在人口学变量下的差异及其之间的关系,文章采用主观幸福感、手机依赖、支持系统量表对500名少数民族大学生调查并采用SPSS对数据进行分析。结果显示:内地高校少数民族大学生的支持系统、手机依赖、主观幸福感存在性别、是否独生子女等人口变量学上的显著差异性;少数民族大学生主观幸福感、手机依赖与支持系统关系显著。根据人口学变量差异性及主观幸福感、手机依赖与支持系统的关系,分门别类对内地高校少数民族大学生开展健康教育,并制定正确的方针、政策作为支持系统,可以提升少数民族学生幸福感、减少手机依赖、让少数民族学生迅速融入到新的人文环境中。To understand the differences of mobile phone dependence,support system and subjective wellbeing among ethnic minority college students in China's Mainland under demographic variables and the relationship between them,500 minority college students were investigated by using subjective well-being,mobile phone dependence and support system scales,and the data were analyzed by using SPSS.The results show that there are significant differences in support system,mobile phone dependence,subjective well-being of ethnic minority college students in mainland universities,such as gender,singleton or not.There is a significant relationship between subjective wellbeing,mobile phone dependence and support system of ethnic minority college students.According to the differences between demographic variables and subjective well-being,the relationship between mobile phone rely on and support system,we can classify the students to carry out health education for minority students in colleges and universities,formulate the correct principles and policies as a support system,promote minority students happiness,reduce dependence for minority students quickly into a new cultural environment.
