翳风穴水针治疗亚急性分泌性中耳炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察翳风穴水针治疗亚急性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法将68例亚急性分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为穴位组(34例)和对照组(34例)。两组患者均给予黏液促排药桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊口服及鼻用类固醇激素喷鼻治疗,穴位组给予鼓室内注射联合翳风穴注射治疗,对照组单纯给予鼓室内注射。观察两组治疗前后七项咽鼓管功能障碍症状评分量表(ETDQ-7)评分变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前ETDQ-7评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后ETDQ-7评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且穴位组低于对照组(P<0.01)。穴位组的ETDQ-7评分降低百分比高于对照组(P<0.05)。穴位组和对照组的声导抗总有效率分别为79.4%和52.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经典鼓室内注射的基础上联合翳风穴水针治疗能进一步提高亚急性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yifeng(SJ17)point hydro-acupuncture for subacute otitis media with effusion.Method Sixty-eight patients with subacute otitis media with effusion were randomized to an acupoint group(34 cases)and a control group(34 cases).Both groups received oral administration of eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsules-mucus discharging agent and nasal spray of steroid hormone.In addition,the acupoint group received intratympanic injection plus Yifeng acupoint injection and the control group,intratympanic injection alone.The Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Questionnaire-7(ETDQ-7)score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result There was no statistically significant pre-treatment difference in the ETDQ-7 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ETDQ-7 score decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.01)and was lower in the acupoint group than in the control group(P<0.01).The percentage of decrease in the ETDQ-7 score was higher in the acupoint group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate for acoustical impedance was 79.4%in the acupoint group and 52.9%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yifeng point hydro-acupuncture based on classical tympanic injection can further improve the clinical therapeutic effect on subacute otitis media with effusion.
