中药熨烫疗法对老年失禁患者失禁性皮炎的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熨烫疗法对老年失禁患者失禁性皮炎的预防效果。方法选择的研究对象为医院2019年7月—2020年7月期间内所收治的120例老年失禁患者,按照随机分组分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例患者,其中对照组采用常规预防干预,观察组采取中药熨烫疗法,对比两组患者失禁性皮炎的发生率、并发症的发生情况以及生活质量相关指标评分(包括生理、心理以及认知三个维度)。结果经过不同的干预之后,观察组失禁性皮炎的发生率6.67%(4/60),对照组患者的失禁性皮炎的发生率21.67%(13/60);观察组并发症发生率5.00%(5/60);对照组并发症发生率16.67%(10/60)。由此可见,观察组患者失禁性皮炎的发生率、并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组。同时观察组的生理、心理以及认知评分分别为(8.36±1.28)、(8.79±1.47)、(8.47±1.27),对照组的生理、心理以及认知评分分别为(6.54±1.17)、(6.58±1.24)、(6.35±1.09),可见观察组患者的生活质量相关指标评分明显高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年失禁患者过程中,采用中药熨烫疗法具有更好的预防效果,能显著降低失禁性皮炎的发生率、并发症的发生率,同时还能改善患者的生活质量,值得临床研究和推广应用。Objective To study and explore the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with combined with structured skin inter on incontinence dermatitis in elderly patients. Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly patients with incontinence dermatitis in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine preventive intervention, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ironing.The incidence and quality of life related indicators score(including physiological, psychological and cognitive dimensions) were observed and compared.Results After different interventions, the incidence of incontinence dermatitis was 6.67%(4/60) in the observation group and 21.67%(13/60) in the control group. The incidence of complications was 5.00%(5/60) in the observation group and 16.67%(10/60) in the control group. Therefore, the incidence of incontinence dermatitis and complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. At the same time, the physiological, psychological and cognitive scores of the observation group were(8.36±1.28)points,(8.79±1.47)points and(8.47±1.27)points, while those of the control group were(6.54±1.17)points,(6.58±1.24)points and(6.35±1.09)points, which showed that the scores of quality of life related indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of incontinence dermatitis in elderly patients, the use of traditional Chinese medicine ironing has better prevention effect, can not only significantly reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis and complications, but also improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical research and application.
