温脾汤加味辅助治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的分析温脾汤加味辅助治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的效果。方法纳入2020年1月—2020年10月60例早中期慢性肾衰竭患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用温脾汤加味辅助治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、肾功能水平、炎症因子水平及中医证候积分。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者肾功能水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者Scr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CRP及IL-6水平降低较对照组明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分降低较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论早中期慢性肾衰竭患者应用温脾汤加味辅助治疗效果良好,肾功能水平得到明显改善,能降低炎症因子水平,缓解临床症状。Objective To analyze the effect of Wenpi Decoction(温脾汤) in adjuvant treatment of early and mid-term chronic renal failure.Methods The samples were collected from 60 early and mid-term chronic renal failure patients from January 2020 to October 2020. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30). The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Wenpi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, renal function level, inflammatory factor level and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of renal function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN and 24 h urine protein in the two groups were reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Wenpi Decoction in patients with early and mid-term chronic renal failure has a good effect, and the level of renal function is significantly improved, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and relieve clinical symptoms.
