腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后医护一体化护理模式联合中药脐敷对患者并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后医护一体化护理模式联合中药脐敷对患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者98例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组49例。两组均进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对照组在围术期给予中药脐敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予医护一体化护理模式干预。对两组的手术进行情况、手术并发症发生率、术后生活质量、护理满意度等进行统计对比。结果观察组患者首次排气、自主排尿、下床活动及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生率观察组低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组术后3月生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意度观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后医护一体化护理模式联合中药脐敷对患者有良好的效果,促进患者术后的早期康复进程,提高手术安全性,改善生活质量和满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得临床推荐。Objective To study the effect of integrated nursing mode combined with umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine on the incidence of complications after laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 98 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. The control group was treated with umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the perioperative period,and the observation group was given the intervention of medical care integration nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The operation progress,the incidence of complications,postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The first exhaust,spontaneous urination,ambulation and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group 3 months after operation were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion After laparoscopic myomectomy,the integrated nursing mode of medical care combined with umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine has good effect on patients,promotes the early rehabilitation process of patients,improves the safety of operation,the quality of life and satisfaction,and has high clinical application value,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
