基于中医传承辅助平台探析当代医家治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),分析和归纳中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)的医案中以中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变4种证候的用药规律。方法收集CNKI中运用中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的医案,筛选并建立数据库,利用该平台软件的关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等统计方法进行数据的汇总分析,挖掘其中的用药规律。结果筛选治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的气虚血瘀证、阴虚血瘀证、痰瘀阻络证、肝肾亏虚证4个证候的方剂共80首,涉及中药367味。4种证候治疗的药性以温为主,药味皆以甘、苦、辛为主。演化得到的核心组合共46个,新处方23个。结论从治疗糖尿病周围神经病变4种证候的组方用药规律的共性中可以体现出皆是在补虚基础上采用活血化瘀的治疗原则。Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software(V2.5), to analyze and summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine four syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the medical journal full-text database(CNKI). Methods The medical records of traditional Chinese medicine treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy in CNKI were collected, and the database was selected and established. The statistical rules of the platform software, complex system entropy clustering and other statistical methods were used to analyze the data and explore the rules of medication. Results A total of 80 prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm obstruction syndrome and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were used, involving 367 kinds of traditional Chinese drugs. The properties of the four syndromes were mainly warm, and the tastes of the drugs were mainly sweet, bitter and pungent. The evolution had a total of 46 core combinations and 23 new prescriptions. Conclusion From the commonality of the prescriptions of the four syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, it can be reflected that the treatment principle of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis is based on tonifying the deficiency.
