基于中医传承辅助平台当代医家辨证论治消渴用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台,分析和总结近10年CNKI、维普中刊库、万方数据库文献中,当代医家以中药治疗临床期糖尿病3种证型(痰湿互结、热盛伤津、气阴两虚)的临证经验及用药规律,挖掘消渴用药规律并为新药研发提供参考。方法通过收集整理纳入的文献,筛选并建立当代医家治疗消渴中药数据库,结合软件分析系统,采用关联规则分析法、聚类分析法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等高级数据挖掘方法,分别得出中药治疗临床期糖尿病3种证型的用药规律。结果纳入文献共160个病例(痰湿互结43则,热盛伤津46则,气阴两虚71则),依次通过频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析以及可视化分析用药规律,分别得到治疗痰湿互结证、热盛伤津证、气阴两虚证的最常用中药、最常用药对、演化出的核心组合及新方。结论通过数据挖掘,分析总结当代医家治疗消渴的用药规律。痰湿互结证多用利水消肿、补气理气药,利水渗湿,理气化痰;热盛伤津证多用补气补阴、清热泻火药,补气滋阴,清热泻火;气阴两虚证多用补气、清热凉血药,益气养阴,清热凉血。基于中医传承辅助平台设定的关联规则,筛选关联度较高的药物组合,所演化出的新方,可为临床治疗与新药开发提供一定的指导和参考价值。Objective Based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance, the clinical experience and medication rules of contemporary physicians treating three types of syndromes of clinical diabetes(phlegm-dampness fluid and mutual accumulation, syndrome of excessive heat impairing body fluid, deficiency syndrome of both Qi and Yin) with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang database documents in the past 10 years were analyzed and summarized, so as to excavate the medication rules of diabetes and provide reference for the research and development of new drugs. Methods Through collecting and sorting the included documents, screening and establishing the database of Chinese medicine for contemporary physicians’ prescriptions rule in treating diabetes, combining with the software analysis system, and adopting advanced data mining methods such as association rule analysis, clustering analysis, improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering, etc., the medication laws of three syndromes of diabetes in clinical stage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment were respectively obtained. Results A total of 160 cases were included in the literature(43 cases of phlegm-dampness fluid and mutual accumulation syndrome, 46 cases of syndrome of excessive heat impairing body fluid, 71 cases of deficiency syndrome of both Qi and Yin). Through frequency analysis, association rule analysis, cluster analysis and visual analysis of medication rules, the most commonly-used traditional Chinese medicines, the most commonly-used drug pairs, evolved core combinations and new prescriptions for treating phlegm-dampness fluid and mutual accumulation syndrome, excessive heat impairing body fluid syndrome and deficiency syndrome of both Qi and Yin were obtained respectively. Conclusion Through data mining, this paper analyzed and summarized the medication laws of contemporary physicians treating diabetes.
