摘　　要：美洲大蠊(Periplaneta americana)俗称蟑螂,原产于南美洲,是世界性卫生害虫,但其体内含有多种生物活性成分,药理作用发展日益造福人类健康。美洲大蠊最早应用于《神农本草经》,具有显著的组织修复、抗肿瘤、增强免疫及保护肝功能等作用。美洲大蠊提取物的提取方法多样,但提取到的活性成分尚不完全清楚,其发挥作用的分子机制更是有待研究。根据美洲大蠊提取物不同溶剂类型及其化学活性成分对相关研究进行系统综述,为进一步研究美洲大蠊活性成分的作用机制提供理论基础。Meizhou Dalian(Periplaneta americana), commonly known as a cockroach and originated from South America, is a worldwide health pest. However, it contains a variety of active ingredients and its pharmacological effects are increasingly benefiting human beings. Meizhou Dalian(Periplaneta americana) was first applied in Shennong’s Herbal Classic, and has remarkable activities of tissue repair, anti-tumor, enhancing immunity and liver protection. There are various extraction methods, however, the active ingredients have not been completely purified. The molecular mechanism of action is still to be studied. This review provides an overview of the role of Meizhou Dalian(Periplaneta americana) extract in different solvent types and their chemical active components, and thus contributing to further applications of active ingredients.
