消岩汤对癌性贫血的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究消岩汤对癌性贫血患者的相关影响机制。方法选取2017年9月—2020年9月收入的120例癌症贫血患者展开研究,按照信封原则划分为研究组60例和对照组60例,对照组采用输血疗法,研究组在对照组基础上加用消岩汤治疗,1个月后观察并比较治疗前后两组疗效、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、铁代谢指标、血清铁调素(Hepc)及白介素-6(IL-6)的水平。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率88.33%(53/60)显著高于对照组65.00%(39/60),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;研究组血清sTfR、SF、FI、Hepc、IL-6水平均比对照组低,研究组血清SI水平、KPS评分均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论消岩汤辅助输血治疗癌性贫血疗效显著,Hepc是调节铁代谢的重要激素有可能成为临床治疗癌性贫血的新靶点。Objective To study the relative influence mechanism of Xiaoyan Decoction(消岩汤) on patients with cancerous anemia. Methods A study was conducted on 120 patients with cancerous anemia from the Department of Blood Transfusion from September 2017 to September 2020. According to the envelope principle, they were divided into a study group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases. The control group was treated with blood transfusion, and the study group added Xiaoyan Decoction on the basis of treatmenti n the control group. One month later, the efficacy, KPS score, iron metabolism index, serum levels of hepcidin(Hepc) and interleukin-6(IL-6) before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 88.33%(53/60), significantly higher than that of the control group 65.00%(39/60)(P<0.05). The study group’s serum levels of sTfR, SF, FI, Hepc and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group. The serum SI level and KPS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyan Decoction combined with blood transfusion is effective in treating cancerous anemia. Hepc is an important hormone that regulates iron metabolism and may become a new target for clinical treatment of cancerous anemia.
