常用海洋中药质量标准及质量控制技术现状

摘　　要：我国海洋中药用药历史悠久,海洋药用生物资源极为丰富,是传统中医药的重要组成部分。目前,虽然国家及相关机构对海洋药用生物资源给予了高度重视,但质量标准研究滞后,临床利用率较低,因此加强对海洋中药的应用研究对我国中药发展有着极为重要的意义。通过查阅相关中药材质量标准及2010年以来国内外的相关文献,对海洋中药标准现状及《中华人民共和国药典》2020版中收录的11味常用海洋中药的质量控制技术进行综述,以期为进一步提高海洋中药质量控制水平和促进海洋中药临床应用提供依据和参考。China has a long history of marine traditional Chinese medicine(MTCM). Marine medicinal biological resources are extremely rich. It is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). At present, although the state and related institutions have attached great importance to marine medicinal biological resources, the clinical use rate of MTCM is still low, and the quality standard research is lagging behind. Therefore, strengthening the application of MTCM has extremely important significance for the development of TCM. By reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature and relevant Chinese herbal medicine quality standards since 2010, the status of MTCM standards and the quality control technology of 11 commonly-used MTCM included in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the status of MTCM standards were reviewed, with a view to provide basis and reference for further improving the quality control of MTCM and promoting the clinical application of MTCM.
