摘　　要：以河北省玉米种业为研究对象,从知识产权角度了解河北省玉米知识产权保护的现状,运用比较分析法深入分析河北省玉米知识产权发展中存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出提高玉米种业知识产权质量、深入挖掘优势玉米品种、激发科研院所与高校玉米品种研发活力的对策建议。Taking the maize seed industry in Hebei Province as the research object,the status of maize intellectual property protection in Hebei Province was analyzed,and the main problems in the development of corn intellectual property were analyzed using comparative analysis. The countermeasures were put forward such as improving the intellectual property quality of maize seed industry,digging the dominant maize varieties and stimulating the vitality of research and development of maize varieties in research institutes and universities.
