河北省市域蔬菜生产效率及时空差异分析

摘　　要：研究蔬菜生产效率,对指导河北省蔬菜生产具有重要意义。以河北省为研究对象,运用方向性距离函数和全局参比曼奎斯特卢恩伯格(GML)生产率指数,对2007~2018年河北省市域蔬菜全要素生产率(TFP)和绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)进行测算,并分析了2个指标的时空差异。结果表明:(1)从时间特征角度分析,技术进步是促进TFP增长的主要因素。(2) TFP和GTFP地域差异明显。GTFP高值区变化路径为冀东南地区—冀中地区—冀北地区,TFP高值区范围逐渐缩小,目前主要集中在冀南地区。(3)各指标均存在空间相关性,且差异较大。(4)不同地区在不同时期存在空间聚集效应。提出重点加强冀南地区的农业基础设施建设、强化蔬菜生产技术的创新、加大生产技术培训与指导、扩大补贴范围和力度、分区优化蔬菜产业结构的对策与建议。The research on vegetable production efficiency is of great significance to guide vegetable production in Hebei Province. Taking Hebei Province as the research object,the directional distance function and global reference manquist luenberg(GML) productivity index were used to measure the vegetable total factor productivity(TFP) and green total factor productivity(GTFP) in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2018,and the temporal and spatial differences of the two indicators were analyzed. The results showed that:(1) From the perspective of time characteristics,technological progress was the main factor to promote TFP growth.(2) TFP and GTFP had obvious regional differences. The high value area of GTFP changed from eastern and southern Hebei to central Hebei to northern Hebei,while the high value area of TFP gradually shrank and was mainly concentrated in southern Hebei.(3) Each index had spatial correlation,and the difference was large.(4) Different regions had spatial aggregation effect in different periods. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure,strengthening the innovation of vegetable production technology,increasing the training and guidance of production technology,expanding the scope and intensity of subsidies, and optimizing the vegetable industry structure in different regions.
