摘 要:首先以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、ε-己内酯(ε-CL)为原料制备了不同聚合度的ε-己内酯改性丙烯酸酯大单体;然后选用上述合成的ε-己内酯大单体,按不同的物质的量等比例替代HEMA,合成了一系列ε-己内酯改性的羟基丙烯酸树脂。讨论了ε-己内酯链段含量对漆膜抗冲击性能、T弯、干燥性、硬度和附着力等的影响。研究结果表明,引入ε-己内酯链段可明显提高抗冲击性能,且其聚合度越高,对抗冲击性能的提升越明显。随着ε-己内酯大单体含量增加,附着力明显提升,T弯也表现出优化的趋势;但是硬度呈下降趋势。最后通过适当提高配方的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和羟值,制备的ε-己内酯大单体改性羟基丙烯酸树脂用于汽车修补漆,漆膜具有高抗冲击性能、干性好、光泽高、附着力优异等特点,还具有优秀的流平性、丰满度和表面效果。caprolactone modified acrylate macromonomer with different polymerization degrees was prepared from 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) andε-caprolactone(ε-CL). Then a series of ε-caprolactone modified hydroxyacrylic resin were synthesized by using the ε-caprolactone macromonomers. The effects ofε-caprolactone segment content on impact-resistance, T-bend, dryness, hardness and adhesion of the film were studied. The results showed that the introduction ofε-caprolactone segment can obviously improve the impact-resistance, and high polymerization degree is the best. With the increase of ε-caprolactone macromonomer content, the adhesion is obviously improved, and the T-bend also shows an optimized trend, However, the hardness shows a downward trend. By properly increasing the glass transition temperature and hydroxyl value of the formula, the prepared ε-caprolactone macromonomer modified hydroxyacrylic resin used for automobile refinishing paint could allow the film to show high impact-resistance, good dryness, high gloss, excellent adhesion, excellent leveling property, fullness and surface effect.
