牛大力-诺丽复合酵素面膜的制备及性能评价

摘  要:采用自然发酵法制备牛大力诺丽复合酵素,并添加到面膜基质中研制酵素面膜,以DPPH自由基(DPPH·)抑制率考察酵素面膜的抗氧化活性,通过体外保湿法测定酵素面膜的保湿率。结果表明,牛大力-诺丽复合酵素面膜对DPPH·的半数抑制浓度为18.07 mg/mL,优于两款对照面膜。在室温25℃、相对湿度RH=43%条件下放置180 min时,牛大力-诺丽酵素面膜保湿率为39.46%、保湿率大小顺序为:市售对照面膜1>牛大力-诺丽复合酵素面膜>市售对照面膜2>面膜基质。因此,牛大力-诺丽复合酵素面膜具有良好的抗氧化活性和保湿性,面膜稳定性较好。Millettia speciosa and Noni compound enzyme compound enzyme was prepared by natural fermentation and added into the matrix of facial mask.The antioxidant activity of the facial mask was investigated by DPPH free radical inhibition rate, and the moisture retention rate of the facial mask was determined by in vitro moisturizing method. The results showed that the IC50 values for inhibition DPPH free radical was 18.07 mg/mL, which was better than the two control facial masks. When placed at room temperature of 25 ℃ and relative humidity RH=43 % for 180 min, the moisturizing rate of Millettia speciosa and Noni compound enzyme facial mask was 39.46 %, and the order of the moisturizing rate was as follows: commercial control facial mask 1>Millettia speciosa and Noni compound enzyme facial mask>commercial control facial mask 2>mask matrix. Therefore, Millettia speciosa and Noni compound enzyme facial mask has good antioxidant activity, moisture retention and stability.
