摘 要:聚乳酸作为一种优异的可降解塑料近年来发展迅速,受PLA结晶性速度慢,脆性高的影响,改善PLA结晶性能的研究日益受到关注。本文研究了两种成核剂对挤出流延PLA结晶性能的影响。实验结果显示,挤出流延的PLA薄膜的结晶度仍然很低,在升温过程有明显的冷结晶行为,成核剂对PLA结晶的贡献远低于冷却速度的影响。相较于TMC300,使用滑石粉(Talc)作为成核剂,能更快提升PLA的结晶速率,提升结晶完善性。挤出流延的PLA膜还需要经过退火处理使结晶完善,释放加工过程的取向内应力。使用两种成核剂的样品大约经过20分钟的热处理即可完成结晶,在退火过程,Talc显示出更为优越的结晶加速行为。因此相较而言,Talc更适合在PLA挤出流延制膜中应用。Polylactic acid(PLA), as an excellent degradable plastic, has developed rapidly in recent years. The research on improving the crystallization performance of PLA due to its slow crystallinity and high brittleness has attracted increasing attention. This paper studies the effects of two nucleating agents on the crystallization properties of extrusion-cast PLA. The experimental results show that the crystallinity of the extruded PLA film is still very low, and it has obvious cold crystallization behavior during the heating process. The contribution of the nucleating agent to the PLA crystallization is much lower than the cooling rate. Compared with TMC300, using talc powder(Talc) as a nucleating agent can increase the crystallization rate of PLA faster and improve the crystallization perfection. The extruded PLA film also needs to undergo annealing treatment to perfect the crystallization and release the oriented internal stress of the processing process. The samples using the two nucleating agents can be crystallized after about 20 minutes of heat treatment. During the annealing process, Talc shows a more superior crystallization acceleration behavior. Therefore, Talc is more suitable for the application of PLA extrusion casting film.
