摘 要:工业清洗剂作为工业生产中重要的化工产品,为达到良好的清洗效果,通常挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量较高,在使用过程中易对大气环境造成污染。源头治理是我国控制VOC排放工作思路和方法之一,从源头对工业清洗剂的VOC含量进行约束限制,有助于大气污染防治,VOC的检测方法对于源头控制至关重要。本文从工业清洗剂的概况和未来发展趋势出发,介绍了目前国内外对挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的定义和我国清洗剂中VOC检测方法的现状,阐述了我国工业清洗剂VOC测试方法标准的重要性并提出了相关建议。Industrial cleaning agents, as important chemical products in industrial activities, usually have a high content of volatile organic compound(VOC) to ensure its cleaning effect, and are likely to cause air pollution during use. Source control is one of the methods which China carried out to limit the emission of VOC.Limit the VOC content of industrial cleaning agent, which is a source of VOC emission, can help to prevent air pollution. Test methods of VOC are critical to the source control. Viewed from the overview and further developments of industrial cleaning agents, this article summarized the international definitions of VOC and current situation of VOC test methods VOC in China, described the significance of VOC test methods for industrial cleaning agents and made relevant suggestions.
