摘 要:随着人口老龄化日益严重,国内抗菌药物使用量日益加大,这就导致抗菌药物的应用存在不合理用药的情况,进而使抗菌药物的耐药性逐渐增高,同时存在有一部分患者在药敏实验中出现多重耐药的情况。这一现象不仅给患者带来不必要的身心压力,同时给社会和经济带来影响。所以,需要熟悉掌握抗菌药物的作用机制,并实时更新抗菌药物的研究进展,以减少对抗菌药物的耐药性。With the aging of the population, the use of antibacterial drugs in China is increasing. This has led to the irrational use of antibacterial drugs, which has gradually increased the resistance of antibacterial drugs. At the same time, there are some patients suffering from drug sensitivity. Multiple drug resistance appeared in the experiment. This phenomenon not only brings unnecessary physical and psychological stress to patients, but also has social and economic impacts. Therefore, it is necessary to be familiar with the mechanism of action of antibacterial drugs, and to update the research progress of antibacterial drugs in real time to reduce resistance to antibacterial drugs.
