摘  要:目前,石油天然气开采过程产生的含油岩屑等固体废弃物的处置问题已经成为困扰和制约石油天然气行业发展的关键问题,含油岩屑深层回注技术是一种安全处置含油岩屑的新技术,在北美、欧盟、中东及俄罗斯等地被广泛运用,但在我国还未取得成功应用。本文对含油岩屑回注技术及工艺进行了介绍,对含油岩屑的组成性质及特征污染物进行了描述,提出回注实验的环境风险监控方案,实现对含油岩屑深层回注技术环境风险的有效监管和控制。At present, the disposal of oil-bearing cuttings and other solid wastes produced in the process of oil and gas exploitation has become a key problem that puzzles and restricts the development of oil and gas industry. The deep Reinjection Technology of oil-bearing cuttings is a new technology for safe disposal of oil-bearing cuttings, which is widely used in North America, European Union, Middle East and Russia, but it has not been successfully applied in China. This paper introduces the technology and process of oil-bearing cuttings reinjection, describes the composition, properties and characteristic pollutants of oil-bearing cuttings,puts forward the environmental risk monitoring scheme of reinjection experiment, and realizes the effective supervision and control of the environmental risk of oil-bearing cuttings deep Reinjection Technology.
