摘 要:生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液污染物浓度高、成分复杂,是一种难处理的废水。焚烧厂渗滤液主流处理方法为生物处理与膜技术相结合的工艺,其中厌氧工艺是生物处理中的关键工艺。焚烧厂渗滤液在厌氧处理过程中,渗滤液中钙镁等离子、磷酸根和COD降解形成的二氧化碳易形成沉积物,造成反应器的堵塞,严重影响厌氧反应系统的处理效率,影响渗滤液处理系统运行的稳定性。本文结合多年渗滤液厌氧系统建设和运行的经验,分析了焚烧厂渗滤液厌氧处理过程中反应器和管道堵塞的成因,对厌氧系统的选型、设计、运行和维护等给出了防堵塞的对策。The leachate of domestic waste incineration plant has high pollutant concentration and complex composition, which is a kind of waste water that is difficult to treat. The mainstream treatment method of incineration plant leachate is a process that combines biological treatment and membrane technology, among which anaerobic process is the key process in biological treatment. In the process of anaerobic treatment of leachate from incineration plant, the carbon dioxide formed by the degradation of calcium and magnesium plasma, phosphate and COD in the leachate can easily form deposits, causing blockage of the reactor, seriously affecting the treatment efficiency of the anaerobic reaction system, and affecting the leachate Deal with the stability of system operation.
