化工安全文化与化工职业校园文化的融合探索与实践

摘　　要：2017年12月国务院办公厅出台了《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》,提出了深化产教融合的制度框架。2018年2月教育部等六部委印发了《职业学校校企合作促进办法》,进一步细化了校企合作的措施。以上《意见》和《办法》对引领产教双向发力,解决人才供需"两张皮"的难题具有积极的意义。化工行业由于自身生产特点,对化工职业教育学生安全行为习惯的养成提出了独具行业特色的要求。如何将以上《意见》和《办法》落实到化工安全文化与化工职业校园文化深化融合这一小点上,是我们课题组一直探索和实践的课题。在过去和企业共同探索与实践的基础之上,我们课题组总结了企业安全文化进校园、安全文化进课堂等一系列经验,以期与同行交流学习、文化传承。In December 2017, the general office of the State Council issued several opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education, which put forward the institutional framework for deepening the integration of industry and education. In February 2018, the Ministry of education and other six ministries and commissions issued the measures for promoting school enterprise cooperation in vocational schools, further refining the measures for school enterprise cooperation.The above "opinions" and "measures" are of positive significance for leading the two-way development of industry and education and solving the "two skin"problem of talent supply and demand. Due to the production characteristics of the chemical industry, it puts forward the requirements with unique industry characteristics for the cultivation of students’ safety behavior habits in chemical vocational education. How to implement the above "opinions" and "measures" into the small point of deepening the integration of chemical safety culture and chemical vocational campus culture is a topic that our research group has been exploring and practicing. On the basis of joint exploration and practice with enterprises in the past, our research group has summarized a series of experiences such as enterprise safety culture into campus and safety culture into classroom, in order to exchange learning and cultural inheritance with peers.
