丹红注射液联合麝香保心丸对急性心肌梗死后冠状动脉侧支循环影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液联合麝香保心丸对急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析抚州市第一人民医院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的70例AMI患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=35,实施常规治疗)和观察组(n=35,在对照组基础上应用麝香保心丸联合丹红注射液),治疗1疗程后,比较两组冠状动脉侧支循环及心功能指标。结果:观察组治疗后冠状动脉侧支循环优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左室舒张末期内径及左室收缩末期内径低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合麝香保心丸可改善AMI患者的冠状动脉侧支循环,促进其心功能恢复,效果明显,且具有一定安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in acute myocardial infarction.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Fuzhou First People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a control group(n=35,underwent routine treatment)and an observation group(n=35,applied Shexiang Baoxin pills and Danhong injection on the basis of the control group)according to treatment methods.After treatment for 1 course,the coronary collateral circulation and cardiac function indexes were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the coronary collateral circulation of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve coronary collateral circulation and promote recovery of cardiac function,which has significant effect.It has some safety.
