摘 要:针对现阶段我国在矿井水资源化政策制定、科学研究、人才培养及宣传等方面存在的问题,在总结全国53处煤矿矿井水利用率、利用方式、利用价格等现状的基础上,分析了矿井水资源化利用的制约因素,提出了出台落地性政策、加强创新人才建设培养、分质分类利用、加大宣传和发挥行业协会作用等政策方面的建议,指出高质量矿井水的开发、矿井水资源热能利用、产业化和规模化经营、废弃矿矿井水资源化利用等是矿井水热能利用的方向。To solve the problems in policy making,scientific research,personnel training and publicity when it comes to mine water reutilization in China,restrictive factors of the utilization of mine water resources are analyzed based on summarizing the current situation of mine water utilization rate,utilization mode and utilization price of 53 coal mines across the country.Suggestions including introducing implementable policies,improving training innovative personnel,reutilizing mine water with distinguished qualities and classes,increasing publicity and letting the guilds play their roles are raised.It is pointed out that exploiting high-quality mine water resources,utilizing thermal energy from mine water,industrialization and reutilizing mine water in abandoned coal mines should be the prospect of mine water thermal reutilization.
