循经远道刺运动疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比循经远道刺运动疗法与肩三针治疗肩周炎的疗效差异。方法:2018年5月-2019年7月收治肩周炎患者228例,随机分为两组。试验组依据辨经分别选取三间、中煮、后溪、鱼肩穴,针刺得气后,分别做前屈、外展、内旋三个方向的被动运动;对照组依据辨经分别选取肩前、肩髃、肩髎、肩贞各穴,齐刺,予以温针灸法。两组均每周拔罐1次,隔日治疗1次,9次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,肩关节功能评分系统(CMS)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:循经远道刺运动疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效显著。Objective:To compare the curative effect of long-distance needling exercise therapy along the meridian with shoulder three needles in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:From May 2018 to July 2019,228 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The experimental group selected three points,Zhongzhu,Houxi,and Yujian based on the differentiation of the menstruation.After acupuncture to obtain qi,passive movements were performed in the three directions of flexion,abduction and internal rotation.The control group selected Jianqian,Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianzhen with simultaneous needling,and warm acupuncture was given.Both groups were cupped once a week and treated once every other day,9 times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the CMS score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Long-distance needling exercise therapy along the meridian is effective in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
