围刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗疼痛疗效评定

摘　　要：目的:评估围刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗疼痛患者的疗效。方法:2018年9月-2021年8月收治带状疱疹后遗疼痛患者80例,依照随机数字表法分设两组,对照组(n=40例,常规治疗);试验组(n=40例,围刺法治疗),治疗后比较两组疼痛评分、疼痛范围及临床总有效率。结果:试验组治疗后疼痛评分及疼痛范围均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带状疱疹后遗疼痛患者行围刺法治疗的效果显著,可有效降低患者疼痛感,缩减患者疼痛范围。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of peri-pricking in the treatment of patients with postherpetic pain.Methods:From September 2018 to August 2021,80 patients with post-herpetic pain were admitted to our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:control group(n=40 cases,conventional treatment);In the experimental group(n=40 cases,peri-stabbing treatment),the pain score,pain range and total clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:After treatment,pain score and pain range of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peri-stab therapy is effective for patients with post-herpetic pain,which can effectively reduce the pain and reduce the pain range of patients.
