丙肝抗体与核心抗原检测在丙肝诊断中的应用意义分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在丙肝诊断中应用丙肝抗体与核心抗原检测的意义。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年7月临床确诊的丙肝患者70例,均接受丙肝病毒核酸(HCV-RNA)、丙肝病毒核心抗原(HCV-cAg)检测及联合检测。对比不同检测方式的检测结果,同时评价诊断意义。结果:70例患者中,HCV-RNA检测的阳性检出率为90.00%,HCV-cAg的阳性检出率为88.57%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HCV-RNA与HCV-cAg联合检测的阳性检出率为98.57%,联合检测的阳性检出率显著高于单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在丙肝的诊断中,HCV-RNA与HCV-cAg检测均具有较高的准确性,但是由于该疾病存在传染性,为控制疾病传播,应采取有效治疗手段,临床应用联合方式进行检测,可进一步提高诊断准确性,具有重要的临床意义,可作为诊断丙肝的优先检测方式。Objective:To explore the significance of detection of hepatitis C antibody and core antigen in diagnosis of hepatitis C.Methods:From May 2019 to July 2020,70 patients with clinically confirmed hepatitis C were selected.All of them received HCV-RNA,HCV-cAg detection and combined detection.We compared the results of different detection methods and evaluated the diagnostic significance.Results:In 70 patients,the positive rate of HCV-RNA was 90.00%,the positive rate of HCV-cAg was88.57%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of HCV-RNA and HCV-cAg was 98.57%,the positive rate of combined test was significantly higher than that of single test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of hepatitis C,the detection of HCV-RNA and HCV-cAg has high accuracy,however,due to the infectivity of the disease,effective treatment measures should be taken to control the spread of the disease,the clinical application of combined detection can further improve the diagnostic accuracy,it has important clinical significance and can be used as the preferred detection method for the diagnosis of hepatitis C.
