循证护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价循证护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中的价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年5月腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剥除术的患者208例,随机分为两组,各104例。对照组给予普通护理;观察组给予循证护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑及抑郁情绪评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者采取循证护理干预,不仅能保证患者在良好心态下积极快速康复,还能改善患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst enucleation.Methods:From January 2016 to May 2019,208 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 104 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time to get out of bed,gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst enucleation can not only ensure the positive and rapid recovery of patients in a good state of mind,but also improve the quality of life of patients.
