摘　　要：目的:探究优质护理干预对消化性溃疡患者护理质量及患者依从性的影响。方法:2019年8月-2020年9月收治消化性溃疡患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组给予优质护理。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组护理管理质量评分高于对照组,护理差错和意外事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率及治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预应用于消化性溃疡患者的护理中,能够提高护理质量,降低护理差错,提高治疗依从性。Objective:To explore the influence of high quality nursing intervention on the quality of nursing care and patient compliance of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:From August 2019 to September 2020,50 patients with peptic ulcer were treated and randomly divided into two groups with 25 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The research group gives quality nursing.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing management quality score of the study group was higher than the control group,and the incidence of nursing errors and accidents was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate and treatment compliance in the study group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with peptic ulcer can improve the quality of nursing,reduce nursing errors and improve treatment compliance.
