摘　　要：目的:分析3M液体敷料联合局部氧疗护理婴儿红臀的临床效果。方法:2018年12月-2019年12月收治有红臀情况的婴儿40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组实施3M液体敷料联合局部氧疗护理。比较两组临床效果。试验组男12例,女8例;年龄112个月,平均(5.3±1.5)个月;Ⅰ度(皮肤未破损,出现发红的情况)11例,Ⅱ度(皮肤表面出现破损)6例,Ⅲ度(皮肤表面破损面积比较大,有局部渗血的情况)3例。对照组男11例,女9例;年龄211个月,平均(5.1±1.3)个月;Ⅰ度10例,Ⅱ度8例,Ⅲ度2例。两组婴儿一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组红臀康复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对红臀婴儿实施3M液体敷料联合局部氧疗护理的干预疗法,可以明显提升治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of 3 M liquid dressing combined with local oxygen therapy in nursing infant red hip.Methods:Forty infants with red hip were admitted from December 2018 to December 2019,and were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing;The experimental group was treated with 3 M liquid dressing combined with local oxygen therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.In the experimental group,there were 12 males and 8 females;The average age was(5.3±1.5)months,ranging from 1 to 12 months.There were 11 cases of i-degree(undamaged skin with redness),6 cases ofⅱ-degree,and 3 cases ofⅲ-degree(large damaged skin surface with local bleeding).The control group consisted of 11 males and 9 females;Age ranged from 2 to 11 months,with an average of(5.1±1.3)months;There were 10 cases ofⅰ-degree,8 cases ofⅱ-degree,and 2 cases ofⅲ-degree.There was no significant difference in the general information between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of red hip in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention therapy of 3 M liquid dressing combined with local oxygen therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of red buttock infants.
