摘　　要：目的:观察基层医院静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的防治工作现状,分析实施VTE三级防治管理体系的临床应用价值。方法:VTE三级防治管理体系实施前,选取2016年6月-2017年12月各VTE高发科室收治的患者157例,作为对照组;实施VTE三级防治管理体系实施后,选取2018年1月-2019年6月各VTE高发科室收治的患者157例,作为研究组。比较两组患者VTE发生率。结果:研究组VTE发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基层医院VTE防治工作中实施VTE三级防治管理体系干预,可有效降低VTE发生率,在临床上具有较高应用价值。Objective:To observe the current situation of prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism(VTE)in primary hospitals,and analyze the clinical application value of three-level prevention and treatment management system of VTE.Methods:Before the implementation of the three-level prevention and control management system of VTE,157 patients from high incidence departments of VTE were selected as the control group from June 2016 to December 2017.After the implementation of the three-level prevention and control management system of VTE,157 patients from departments with high incidence of VTE were selected as the study group from January 2018 to June 2019.We compared the incidence of VTE between the two groups.Results:The incidence of VTE in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prevention and treatment of VTE in primary hospitals,the implementation of three-level VTE prevention and control management system intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of VTE,which has high clinical application value.
