急救设备专管共用模式探析

摘　　要：目的:分析针对急救设备应用专管共用模式的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月社区卫生部门人员50名,在此期间对社区卫生部门的急救设备采用专管共用模式。比较实施前后卫生部门人员的应急能力掌握情况及急救设备利用率。结果:实施后,社区卫生部门人员的理论知识掌握能力评分及实践技能应用能力评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,面对突发事件时急救设备使用率显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过运用急救设备专管共用模式,可以有效促进社区卫生部门人员应急能力的提升,同时可有效提升急救设备使用率。Objective:To analyze the effect of dedicated management sharing mode for first emergency equipment.Methods:From January to December 2019,50 people were selected from the community health department during this period,the emergency equipment of the community health department was used in the dedicated management sharing mode.The emergency capacity of health department personnel and the utilization rate of emergency equipment were compared before and after implementation.Results:After the implementation,the scores of theoretical knowledge mastery ability and practical skill application ability of community health department staff were higher than before,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the utilization rate of first-aid equipment in the face of emergency was significantly higher than before implementation,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the mode of dedicated management sharing mode for emergency equipment can effectively promote the improvement of the emergency capacity of community health department personnel,and also effectively improve the utilization rate of emergency equipment.
