摘　　要：介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司硫磺回收装置尾气提标单元应用的络合铁脱硫(CTS)工艺流程,分析了反应器填料层硫粉堆积、反应溶液质量不稳定、过滤机运行效果不佳和烟囱积存硫粉自燃等影响硫磺回收装置长周期运行的各项问题。通过更换高效脱硫溶剂、络合铁反应器改造、更换络合铁单元助剂、过滤机改造和增设沉降罐等具体项目的实施,尾气提标单元硫负荷降低50%~60%,各填料层压力明显降低,下部压力平均下降60%以上,反应溶液关键指标优化效果明显,过滤机运行效率提高80%以上,烟囱中发生硫粉自燃的可能性大幅降低。采取以上措施,较为彻底地解决了尾气提标单元各项运行问题,保证了硫磺回收装置安全、环保、长周期运行。The process flow of the chelated iron desulfurization technology applied in sulfur recovery unit of PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The problems such as the accumulation of sulfur powder in the reactor packing layer,the unstable quality of reaction solution,the poor operation effect of the filter,and the spontaneous combustion of sulfur powder accumulated in the chimney were analyzed.Through the implementation of specific projects such as replacement of efficient desulfurization solvent,transformation of chelated iron reactor,replacement of additives in chelated iron unit,transformation of filter and addition of settling tank,the sulfur load of the tail gas upgrading unit is reduced by 50%to 60%,the pressure of each packing layer is significantly reduced,and the pressure at the lower part is reduced by more than 60%on average.The optimization effect of key indicators of the reaction solution is obvious.The operating efficiency of the filter is increased by more than 80%,and the spontaneous combustion of sulfur powder in the chimney is greatly reduced.The above measures completely solve the operation problems of tail gas standard unit,and the safety,environmental protection and long-term operation of sulfur recovery unit are ensured.
