摘 要:在机加工制造工艺过程中,切削加工是当今减材加工中最传统的加工方法,不论刀具的形式有何变化或采用何种几何形状,其特点都是利用刀具的刃口与工件之间的相对运动来完成零件的切削加工。随着材料学的发展,机械加工刀具材料有了突飞猛进的发展,各种难加工新材料的出现,使刀具系统承受的切削抗力加大,磨损加剧。传统老旧的切削加工工艺已经难以适应当前高速、高精加工的需求,必须研究出更加新颖、更合理的工艺方案,从而改善加工过程,以提高质量,降低成本。以单级制造系统为研究对象,利用现代先进的系统分析方法为载体,分析研究加工制造过程中的系统识别及优化。In the process of machining and manufacturing,cutting is the most traditional machining method in today's material reduction machining,no matter what changes in the form of the tool or what geometry is used.It is characterized by the use of various movements between the cutting edge and the workpiece to complete the cutting of parts.With the development of materials science,the development of machining tool materials has made great progress.With the emergence of various difficult to machine new materials,the cutting resistance and wear of the tool system are increased.The traditional and old cutting process has been difficult to meet the current needs of high-speed and high-precision machining.We must develop a more reasonable process plan to improve the processing process,improve the quality and reduce the cost.This paper will take the single-stage manufacturing system as the research object,and use the modern advanced system analysis method as the carrier to analyze and study the system identification and optimization of manufacturing process.
