摘　　要：报告1例伴水疱的色素性痒疹。患者女,22岁。因项部、躯干上部反复出现红斑、丘疹、水疱、网状色素沉着伴瘙痒4年就诊。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮内水疱,水疱内见白细胞碎屑,真皮浅层血管周围淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:色素性痒疹。予米诺环素治疗。目前随访中。A case of prurigo pigmentosa with blisters is reported. A 22-year-old female presented with recurring erythema,papules, blisters, reticular pigmentation and itching over the neck and upper trunk for 4 years. Histological examination showed intra-epidermal blisters filled with leukocytes and nuclear debris. There is a perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes and eosinophils in the superficial dermis. A diagnosis of prurigo pigmentosa with blisters was made. The patient was successfully treated with oral minocycline and is currently followed up clinically.
