不动产档案扫描建库技术管理的创新

摘　　要：以不动产数据整合成果利用为切入点,分析了不动产档案扫描与建库工作的必要性,进而提出了不动产档案扫描建库的优化流程与配套管理制度,解决了档案规范化整理、成果质量控制、工作量统计、绩效策略优化等方面的问题,同时总结了档案建库的关键技术,以提高档案扫描建库的质量。事实证明,该方法能有效降低管理难度和减少人力投入,同时提高工作效率和成果质量,可在其他档案扫描建库类的项目管理与成果质量检查工作中推广与应用。Based on the utilization of real estate data integration results,this paper analyzes the necessity for scanning and building database work of real estate archives,and then puts forward the optimization process and supporting management system of the work,which solves the problems of archives standardization,production quality control,personnel workload statistics,performance strategy optimization,etc.,and summarizes the key technologies of building archive database,in order to improve the quality of database.It has been proved that this method can effectively reduce the difficulty of management and manpower expense,improve the work efficiency and the production quality,and can be popularized and applied in the management and quality checking of other similar projects.
