摘　　要：国家杰出青年科学基金是中国为促进青年科学和技术人才的成长,鼓励海外学者回国工作,加速培养造就一批进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术带头人而特别设立的科学基金。本文简要回顾了国家杰出青年科学基金的发展历程,基于对1994—2018年度获资助项目的分析,系统总结了该基金在发现和培养高层次人才、促进科技创新进步、提升中国基础研究国际影响等方面取得的整体资助成效,并针对其发展中面临的问题和挑战提出了相关的政策建议。The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars is a special science fund established by China to promote the growth of young scientific and technical talents,encourage overseas scholars to return to work in China,and accelerate the cultivation of a group of outstanding academic leaders who enter the forefront of science and technology in the world.This article briefly reviews the development history of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars,based on the analysis of funded projects from1994 to 2018,it systematically summarizes the overall funding effect achieved in discovering and cultivating high-level talents,promoting technological innovation and progress,and enhancing the international influence of China’s basic research,and put forward relevant policy recommendations for the problems and challenges faced in its development.
