颅内动脉瘤患者经翼点锁孔入路显微手术治疗的有效性及对患者NIHSS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内动脉瘤患者经翼点锁孔入路显微手术治疗的有效性及对患者NIHSS评分的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月本院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者62例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各31例。对照组采用经眉弓锁孔入路手术治疗,研究组采用经翼点锁孔入路显微手术治疗。比较两组GOS评分、NIHSS评分、ADL评分、手术指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究组GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经翼点锁孔入路显微手术治疗颅内动脉瘤疗效确切,可有效改善患者预后效果,降低神经功能损伤,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of microsurgery treatment for intracranial aneurysms via pterional keyhole approach and its influence on NIHSS score of patients.Methods A total of 62 patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and they were divided into two groups by random number method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated by keyhole approach via eyebrow arch,while the study group was treated with microsurgery via pterional keyhole approach.The GOS score,NIHSS score,ADL score,surgical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The GOS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);NIHSS score of study group was lower than that of control group,ADL score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion microsurgery via pterional keyhole approach for intracranial aneurysm patients has a definite effect,effectively improves the prognosis,reduces neurological damage,and has fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
