新生儿窒息的原因及窒息后并发多脏器损害的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析新生儿窒息的发生原因,并探究新生儿窒息后并发多脏器损害的干预方法及效果。方法选取2017年2月至2020年2月本院接诊的100例新生儿窒息患儿作为研究对象,统计患儿窒息的发生原因及多脏器损害的发生情况,同时对所有患儿进行对症综合救治,统计患儿治疗效果。结果新生儿窒息的发生原因从高到低占比依次为羊水浑浊(45%)、脐带绕颈(33%)、难产(22%);轻度窒息72例,重度窒息28例,重度窒息患儿并发多脏器损害发生率为64.29%(18/28),高于轻度窒息患儿的16.67%(12/72)(P<0.05);患儿经对症治疗后,治疗总有效率为98.00%。结论羊水浑浊、脐带绕颈、难产是引起新生儿窒息的主要原因,窒息程度越严重,并发多脏器损害的发生率越高,针对性的治疗可有效缓解患儿病情。Objective Analyze the reasons of the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia and explore newborn asphyxia complicated with multiple organ damage after intervention method and effect.Methods 100 cases of neonatal asphyxia in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The causes of asphyxia in children and the occurrence of multiple organ damage were counted,and symptomatic comprehensive treatment was given to all children,at the same time,symptomatic comprehensive treatment was carried out for all children,and the effect of treatment was counted.Results The causes of neonatal asphyxia from high to low were amniotic fluid turbidity(45%),umbilical cord around the neck(33%),dystocia(22%).There were 72 cases of mild asphyxia and 28 cases of severe asphyxia,the incidence of multiple organ damage in severe asphyxia was 64.29%(18/28),which was higher than 16.67%(12/72)in mild asphyxia(P<0.05);after symptomatic treatment,the effective rate was as high as 98.00%.Conclusion Amniotic fluid turbidity,umbilical cord around the neck,childbirth is the main cause of neonatal asphyxia,the more serious the degree of asphyxia,the greater the probability of complicated with multiple organ damage,targeted children with symptomatic treatment can effectively alleviate the illness.
