“后真相”时代网络政治表达与传媒公共性重塑

摘　　要：“:后真相”时代,媒介技术发展使得传播环境和政治表达产生根本性变革。网络政治表达作为传统政治表达的重要补充,传播主体从一元转向多元、受众信息来源更加广泛、网络生态复杂化和社会信任异化,导致传播公信力在新媒体环境中被逐步稀释。特别是政治传播环境改变,网络舆情反转引起受众理性缺失、社交媒体勃兴和意识形态纷争勾连,使得个体叙事张力与群体沉默螺旋难以平衡。新媒体扩展了政治表达空间,寻求网络政治表达“最大公约数”,实现传播效能最大化。同时,纠正新闻生产失范、规制网络空间话语表达,让网络政治表达回归公共属性,在一个相对规范的叙事框架内,为重塑公共性提供了新思路。In the“post truth”era,the development of media technology has fundamentally changed the communication environment and political expression.As an important supplement to traditional political expression,network political expression has changed the communication subject from monism to pluralism,more extensive sources of audience information,complex network ecology and alienation of social trust,resulting in the gradual dilution of communication credibility in the new media environment.In particular,the change of political communication environment and the reversal of network public opinion have caused the lack of rationality of the audience,the prosperity of social media and ideological disputes,which makes it difficult to balance the individual narrative tension and the spiral of group silence.New media to expand the space of political expression,seek the“maximum common divisor”of network political expression and maximize communication efficiency.At the same time,correct the anomie of news production,regulate the discourse expression in cyberspace,and let the network political expression return to the public attribute,which provides a new idea for reshaping the publicity within a relatively standardized narrative framework.
