基于铝模板的全混凝土外墙设计及其施工技术

摘　　要：在全混凝土外墙的设计与施工中,用铝模板代替木模,有助于改善混凝土成型效果,减少漏浆、麻面等质量问题的发生,使全混凝土外墙兼具可靠性和美观性。以某商住公寓工程项目为例,在介绍这一技术优势的基础上,分别从全混凝土外墙方案设计、施工管理等方面,对该技术的实践应用展开简要分析,为铝模板全混凝土外墙技术在建筑行业的推广提供了经验借鉴。In design and construction of all concrete exterior wall,using aluminum formwork instead of wood formwork is helpful to improve concrete forming effect,reduce occurrence of quality problems such as slurry leakage and pitted surface,and give consideration to reliability and aesthetics of all concrete exterior wall.Taking a commercial apartment project as an example,based on introduction of the technical advantages,practical application of the technology is briefly analyzed from the aspects of all concrete exterior wall scheme design and construction management,which provides experience for promotion of aluminum formwork all concrete exterior wall technology in construction industry.
