摘  要:某办公楼项目基础抗浮采用抗拔桩施工技术。从施工测量、泥浆制备、钢筋笼制作及吊装、护筒制作及埋设、钻机成孔、清孔、混凝土灌注、破除桩头等工序,详细叙述了抗拔桩全过程施工方法,尤其是设计标高以上竖向钢筋主筋安装PVC隔离套管,破除桩头效率大幅提高,实践表明这些施工方法取得了良好的实施效果,可为同类工程提供参考。Anti-floating foundation of an office building project adopts uplift pile.The construction method of the whole process of the uplift pile is described in detail from construction survey,mud preparation,reinforcement cage making and hoisting,protecting tube making and embedding,drilling hole making,hole cleaning,concrete pouring,breaking pile head and so on.The whole process construction method of uplift pile is described in detail,especially installation of PVC isolation sleeve for main reinforcement of vertical reinforcement above the design elevation,which greatly improves efficiency of breaking pile head.The practice shows that these construction methods have achieved good implementation effect and can provide reference for similar projects.
