摘　　要：航空医疗救援是在特殊环境下进行的复杂急救工作,涉及多个领域,机上救援人员除了受常规医疗规范约束外,还要满足特殊救援条件下的诊疗要求,具备处置突发事件的能力。本文主要分析国内外航空医疗救援队伍的发展现状及国外航空医疗救援队伍建设对我国的启示。Air medical rescue is a complex emergency work carried out under special circumstance,involving many fields.In addition to being restricted by conventional medical standards,on-board rescue personnel have to meet the medical requirements under special rescue conditions and have the ability to deal with emergencies.This review mainly analyzes the development status of aviation medical rescue teams at home and abroad to help us to construct our aviation medical rescue teams.
