摘 要:针对综合测绘改革要求以及测绘行业监管存在的问题,本文通过支持综合测绘的分布式闭环统一技术架构、基于数据仓的数据交换共享、测绘项目全生命周期监管、测绘地理信息信用模型构建等关键技术研究,分析了工程建设项目涉及的测绘内容,测绘地理信息监管涉及的单位、人员、项目和信用之间的内在联系;探讨了综合监管数据汇聚、共享、分析、决策等的方法和技术,以浙江为例提供了测绘地理信息综合监管技术设计方案,为综合测绘改革提供了技术支撑,为测绘地理信息综合监管和“互联网+监管”提供了思路。In view of the comprehensive surveying and mapping reform requirements and the problems in the supervision of the surveying and mapping industry,this paper adopts key technologies such as a distributed closed-loop unified technical architecture supporting comprehensive surveying and mapping,data exchange and sharing based on data warehouses,full life cycle supervision of surveying and mapping projects,and construction of surveying and mapping geographic information credit models.Research,analyze the content of surveying and mapping involved in engineering construction projects,the internal connections between units,personnel,projects and credit involved in the supervision of surveying and mapping geographic information,and explore the methods and technologies for the aggregation,sharing,analysis,and decision-making of comprehensive supervision data.As an example,Zhejiang provided a technical design plan for comprehensive supervision of surveying and mapping geographic information,providing technical support for comprehensive surveying and mapping reform,and providing ideas for comprehensive supervision of surveying and mapping geographic information and"Internet+supervision".
