摘 要:以540头2岁青海高原牦牛体重为研究对象,剔除异常数据处理后,体重数据采用Minitab17进行Johnson正态转化,转换后的数据采用SPSS进行正态性检验,最后根据转化的正态分布对牦牛选种进行初步研究。研究结果表明,在Johnson三族正态转化体系中,SU函数为本研究的转化体系,其转换公式为Z=-2.59529+2.92014sinh^(-1)[X-107.24/35.8095],(P=0.139926>0.1)P=0.139926,z=0.71。经SPSS检验,P=0.157,证明转换后的数据符合正态分布。A total of 540 Qinghai Plateau yaks aged 2 years were selected as the research objects. After the abnormal data were removed and processed, the body weight data of yaks were transformed into Johnson normal by Minitab17, and the converted data were tested for normality by SPSS. Finally, a preliminary study was conducted on yaks according to the normal distribution of the transformed data. The results showed that Su function among three functions Johnson system was adapted in this research to transform dataset normally into normal distribution, and the function equation is Z=-2.59529+2.92014sinh^(-1)[X-107.24/35.8095],(P=0.139926>0.1)P=0.139926,z=0.71. The normal distribution test result showed that the P value is 1.157>0.1, so the selected function is effective to be applied for the transformation.
