边境牧羊犬感染吉氏巴贝斯虫的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：犬巴贝斯虫病是经蜱传播的血液原虫病,是由寄生于犬红细胞中的巴贝斯虫引起的。该病临床症状主要为高热、贫血、黄疸和血红蛋白尿等,严重时可导致死亡。因此,对于犬巴贝斯虫病的诊断与治疗刻不容缓。本文对重庆动物医院接诊的一例患病犬进行临床观察以及血常规、PCR等实验室检测,最终确诊为犬吉氏巴贝斯虫病。经过治疗后,患病犬病症趋于好转,两周后完全康复。为犬吉氏巴贝斯虫病的诊断和治疗提供了参考。Babesiosis is a disease of blood protozoa transmitted by ticks of the Ixodidae family.It is caused by babesia spp,a parasite on the red blood cells of infected dogs.The clinic manifestations are fever,anemia,icterus,hemoglobinuria and even mortality.Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of canine babesiosis is urgent.In this study,a sick dog admitted by Chongqing Echo animal hospital was clinically observed,the blood routine,PCR and other laboratory tests were carried out.Finally,the dog was diagnosed as the sick dog infected with Babesia gibsoni.A reasonable treatment was proposed for the sick dog.After treatment,the dogs symptoms tended to improve and he recovered completely in two weeks.This case analysis provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of canine babesiosis.
