摘 要:装配式建筑具有施工速度快、环保效益好、性价比高等诸多优势,在建筑行业转型升级过程中得到广泛应用。在施工中,预制混凝土构件的钢筋连接对建筑整体稳定性有至关重要的影响,是装配式建筑现场管理的关键点。首先概述了装配式建筑约束浆锚连接和套筒灌浆搭接2种基本的钢筋连接形式,其次介绍了现阶段不同地区执行的装配整体式混凝土结构钢筋连接技术规范,最后结合各地区的应用实例,着重分析了南通NPC技术体系、万科PC技术体系和南京SCOPE技术体系,为建筑企业运用装配整体式混凝土结构钢筋连接技术提供参考和借鉴。Prefabricated buildings have many advantages such as fast construction speed,good environmental protection benefits,and high cost-performance ratio,and have been widely used in the process of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.During construction,the steel bar connection of precast concrete components has a vital influence on overall stability of the building,and is a key point of on-site management.Firstly,the two basic forms of steel bar connection(i.e.,restrained grout-filled lap connection and sleeve grouting lap connection)are outlined.Secondly,the technical specifications for assembly integral concrete structure steel bar connection implemented in different regions at the present stage are introduced.Finally,combined with the application examples in each region,the analysis is focused on the Nantong NPC technology system,the Vanke PC technology system and the Nanjing SCOPE technology system,which provides a certain reference for construction companies to use assembled integral concrete structure steel bar connection technology.
